Small business for me

Friday another layoff, guess who? Our boss, our big boss! He lay off bunch of people back in Sept and now he got laid off. What’s that mean? 4 of us will be managed by another boss that doesn’t know what’s going on in our department plus she doesn’t come very often, hmmm what that make us? Well- we still have a supervisor though but then again it’s weird isn’t it? I worked with the company over 10 years and hardly see the big boss so no difference then.
