Be smart with Foreclosures

Outer Banks foreclosures, as far as I know some says not a good idea, some says it’s a great idea and some says you better know what you’re doing. I’m pretty sure you’ll know what you’re doing when buying properties that in foreclosures. You just don’t want to jump with the price so affordable and in the end it’ll be a big fall. See, we we’re interested on the foreclosures but somehow we got the idea or I rather say one of our friend whose in real estate that sometimes banks foreclosures or real estate’s are looking for more than what properties are currently worth.
