Sleep Aid

When we are coping with stress we are in mode of sacrificing some essential routine that we commonly do and we are talking about proper and good sleep. We normally sleep eight hours and after we mature and only have a minimum of 4 hours sleep. Once you have completed that sleeping cycle, you are again ready to face a new day and a new challenges.
